The limit on the amount that patients can carry during a 14-day period changed from one ounce to two and a half. If patients do not live within 25 miles of a marijuana dispensary in Nevada, then you are allowed to grow marijuana until March 31, 2016.  Check the laws. The law changed from 3 mature plants to a generous twelve marijuana plants.
